Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the FullVerify platform, APIs, SDKs, or any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Stelau SAS ("Stelau", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02 Description of the Service

FullVerify provides identity credential verification services based on the OID4VP standard, including REST APIs for online verification flows (same-device, cross-device) and downloadable SDKs for offline in-person proximity verification. Supported credential formats include mobile Driving Licences (mDL / ISO 18013-5), EU Personal Identity Documents (EU PID), and other OID4VP-compatible credentials.

03 Account registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at security@fullverify.io if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to verify credentials without the knowledge or consent of the credential holder;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or tamper with cryptographic proofs or trust anchors;
• Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable law, including data protection regulations (GDPR, eIDAS 2.0);
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorisation from Stelau;
• Exceed the API call quotas associated with your plan.

05 API usage & quotas

Each plan includes a defined monthly API call quota. Exceeding your quota may result in temporary suspension of API access until the next billing cycle or an invitation to upgrade your plan. Current quotas are listed on the Pricing page.

06 Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its underlying technology, documentation, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Stelau. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.

07 Data & privacy

FullVerify processes verification requests without retaining the content of credentials. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. For Professional and Enterprise customers, a GDPR Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stelau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

09 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10 Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Stelau may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.

11 Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
